In Toastmasters, the District Trio is the three-member executive leadership team responsible for leading the entire district. They function much like the executive leadership team of an organization, setting direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring the district achieves its goals.

The District Executive Team supports the District Trio by managing the day-to-day operations, communications, finances, technology, logistics, and member services that keep District 213 running smoothly. Working alongside Division Directors and committee leaders, this team provides the infrastructure and support that enables clubs, members, and district events to succeed. Together, they ensure the district remains organized, connected, financially responsible, and focused on delivering an exceptional member experience.

Each Division is led by a Division Director who provides leadership, guidance, and support to a team of Area Directors. Together, they champion club success by mentoring leaders, sharing district resources, encouraging educational achievement, and helping clubs create exceptional member experiences. Their mission is to ensure every club within the division has the support needed to grow, thrive, and achieve excellence.
